No. It does not check plagiarism or originality.

No. The report does not guarantee acceptance by a school or faculty.

Which is more accurate: DOCX or PDF?+

DOCX is more accurate. PDF mode is currently preliminary.

Why is PDF preliminary?+

Real PDF parsing is not implemented at production quality yet.

Why do credits exist?+

Credit packs unlock full reports while free preview checks remain available.

What does one credit include?+

One credit unlocks one full report, including full details and PDF export for that report.

What is free vs full report?+

Free checks provide a quick preview. Unlocking the full report costs 1 credit.

No. Failed uploads or failed processing do not use any credit.

Do I pay again when opening the same unlocked report?+

No. Opening or saving the same unlocked report, or downloading its PDF later, does not use another credit.

Free saved reports have a limit of 5. Buying credits raises the normal limit to 25. A report unlocked with a credit can still be saved even when that normal limit is full.

Are credit packs subscriptions?+

No. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not monthly subscriptions.
