Service description

ThesisReady is a web service for technical, citation, formal and structural pre-submission checks of academic documents.

The service provides an informational report and recommendations before submission. It does not replace the user's own review, supervisor, university or faculty rules.

Account, free checks and limits

Users are responsible for account accuracy, access security and lawful use.

Free checks may be subject to daily limits for anonymous and signed-in users. Limits protect the service against abuse and may be reasonably adjusted.

Credits, prices and report unlocks

Users may buy one-time credit packs. Prices shown in the service are final consumer-facing prices including applicable taxes and fees where required by law.

1 credit unlocks 1 full report. Reopening or downloading the PDF for the same already-unlocked report does not consume another credit.

Purchased credits currently have no planned expiry. If the service is discontinued or materially changed, users will be reasonably informed about remaining credits or lawful alternatives.

User responsibility for documents

Upload only documents you have the right and authority to process. A document may contain personal data or protected third-party content.

The user remains responsible for the final work, citations, school rules and applicable law.

ThesisReady limitations

ThesisReady is not CRZP, not plagiarism or originality checking, not legal advice, and does not guarantee university approval, supervisor approval or acceptance of work.

The report is a technical, citation, formal and structural pre-check. It may contain errors or omissions and users must assess the results independently.

Availability and technical limits

The service may be in development, beta or MVP mode. Availability, speed and accuracy may depend on document type, extraction quality, infrastructure and third parties.

We may reasonably adjust service features without changing purchased credit balances or mandatory legal obligations.

Complaints, defects and refunds

Send complaints and requests to support@thesisready.sk; include account email, payment reference, report ID if available and issue description.

Unused purchased credits are handled according to law and the Refunds/Complaints Policy; they may be refundable if the consumer validly exercises statutory withdrawal rights and no lawful exception applies.

If a credit is used to unlock a full report and the full report is delivered immediately after the legally required express request/consent and acknowledgment, refunds may be limited under law; otherwise mandatory law and the rules for defects or service failures apply.

If a credit was deducted but the full report or PDF was not delivered due to a verified technical error, we will restore the credit or provide an equivalent replacement credit. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded.

Consumer withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content or a service supplied immediately, immediate delivery or unlocking of a full report may affect withdrawal rights only when the legal conditions are met: an express request/consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment of the consequence for the withdrawal right.

Buying unused credits alone does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Unused credits are handled according to law and the Refunds/Complaints Policy.

Liability and governing law

Liability is limited only to the extent allowed by mandatory law; nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Slovak law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence where applicable.
